Site Manager (New Build Housing)
Location: Teesside
Rate: £28.00 - £30.00 per hour (CIS)
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a high-caliber Site Manager to lead a major residential development in Teesside. This role is initially offered on a contract basis with a clear path to a permanent position for the right candidate.
You will be joining one of the UK's most prominent housebuilders, overseeing a fast-paced site where quality and volume go hand-in-hand. If you have a track record of delivering award-winning homes and managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, we want to talk to you.

Project Delivery: Managing the full lifecycle of high-volume housing units, ensuring builds are delivered on time and within budget.
