What does the job look like?

As the Site Manager, you will take ownership of both the strategic and operational performance of the site, with a strong focus on leading change and bringing people on the journey across warehouse and transport operations.


You will play a critical role in creating a high-performing, engaged and adaptable workforce, while delivering operational excellence, safety and financial performance. Key areas:

  • Lead and embed a strong safety-first culture, aligning with site safety plans and actively engaging teams in risk management and continuous improvement

  • Drive people-led change initiatives, building capability and engagement across warehouse and transport teams

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of customer outcomes
