Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage construction schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones
  • Plan and allocate resources including manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, and authority regulations (including LTA standards)

Site Coordination & Management

  • Lead and supervise site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve site issues such as technical challenges, design conflicts, and delays

Safety & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety requirements
