Job Description
- Supervise all daily operations and monitor site performance
- Ensure the service team meets quality standards based on the scope of work using provided Q/A applications, and regular walkthroughs
- Maintain adequate staffing levels
- Train team members according to standard operating procedures
- Ensure completion of daily cleaning and washroom logs
- Perform supply orders and submit equipment repair/maintenance requests as required
- Attend site-related operations, client, or company meetings
Client Relationship Building and Management (25% Time Spent)
- Liaise with Property Management and key stakeholders on operation requirements, changes, and updates.
- Ensure the site schedule is completed and communicated to the client and team
- Maintain high-quality client relationships through regular communication and visits.
Health and Safety Compliance (20% Time Spent)
