Responsibilities
- Administrative & Documentation Support
- Maintain and organize site records, contracts, permits, and compliance documents
- Monitor validity of permits, licenses, and government clearances
- Prepare transmittals, letters, reports, and internal memos
- Ensure proper document control and filing (hardcopy and digital)
- Assist in preparation of monthly operational and compliance reports
- Procurement & Finance Coordination
- Prepare purchase requests (PRs) and coordinate with Procurement and Finance
- Track delivery of materials, consumables, and spare parts
- Monitor petty cash and site expense liquidation
- Assist in invoice processing and contractor billing coordination
- Compliance & Government Liaison
- Coordinate with LGUs, DENR, ERC, DOE, and other agencies for required submissions
