Site Services Projects Lead (McClean Lake, SK)
Responsibilities
- Provide planning, coordination, and construction management support for Site Services projects
- Communicate project status updates clearly and regularly to stakeholders
- Complete the development of project Scope of Work for services and materials and work with Supply Chain Group in the development and administration of contracts
- Prepare Budget Proposals, Project Charters, and Project funding requests
- Manage data related to equipment operation, mill feed, and record keeping of mine statistics
- Assist/produce departmental reports
- Prepare and coordinate design/change controls of projects
- Develop applicable presentation material and facilitate safe work plans for all non-routine Site Services project work
- Be fully proficient in all data management and engineering design programs (AutoCAD C3D, Trimble Software)
