Lead the construction of a state-of-the-art gym in Edmonton as a Site Superintendent with a major ICI contractor. Manage on-site activities and ensure top-quality deliverables.
Our client, a well-known ICI General Contractor, is seeking a Site Superintendent with substantial experience for a new 120,000 sq. ft. gym facility. This role includes overseeing construction and renovation from mobilization to completion, with a focus on health and safety compliance. Candidates must be proficient in trade coordination and scheduling to ensure project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily on-site construction activities
