Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer in planning, scheduling and execution of projects.
- Oversee daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of works.
- Monitor project progress and update progress reports to ensure alignment with the master schedule.
- Liaise with suppliers for procurement, delivery and coordination of materials and equipment.
- Assist in preparation of progress claims and variation works documentation.
- Identify potential site issues and elevate them to the Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and operational procedures.
