Site Technologies Analyst (Markham)

Overview

Reporting to the Manager, IT Infrastructure, the Site Technologies Analyst is responsible for the deployment, support, and ongoing lifecycle management of site-based technology solutions across Extendicare and ParaMed locations and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

This role supports the reliable operation of technologies deployed at physical care sites, including telephony, nurse call systems, security and camera platforms, and related integrations. Working in a highly distributed, multi‑site environment, the Analyst executes deployments, resolves complex issues, and ensures consistent implementation of approved standards.

This position will be based at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario. Extendicare offers a hybrid working environment.
