The role of a Small Business Financial Administrator encompasses comprehensive management of the financial operations within the company’s diverse revenue streams. This position involves overseeing billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, 401(k) management, and healthcare insurance plans, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the billing process for the company's three revenue streams.
+ Oversee the collections process for accounts receivable.
+ Process incoming vendor invoices and execute payments via ACH Funds Transfer or check.
+ Handle payroll processing and all related transactions including expense reimbursements and loan payments.
