JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible as Technical Operation Engineer, DC Operations, you will be the point of contact for customer request which covers all M&E works or any other related request.
• To prepare scope of work for vendor to quote for additional request.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand and define client’s key business drivers and requirements.
• Liaise with clients to develop project documentation, such as Statement of Work and implementation plans.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of projects.
• Lead a group of vendors during the implementation phase to ensure deliverables are punctual with no downtime during the course of work.
• Propose technically viable solutions that satisfies client requirements and add value to the overall proposal.
• Ensure all documents and drawings are in place before handover to Service Operations team.
