Overall control and monitor machine performance for all machines under his/her responsibility, ensuring daily and weekly machine inspections are carried out according to the checklist provided.

Conduct close daily monitoring on machine insertion rate (PPM) and machine efficiency to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.

Perform model changeover activities based on the production schedule, ensuring smooth transition and minimum downtime.

Support preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and reduce unexpected breakdowns.

Troubleshoot and assist in resolving machine abnormalities or technical issues to minimize production interruption.

Ensure proper machine setup, parameter adjustment, and verification before production run.

Maintain accurate records for machine checking, maintenance activities, and production performance monitoring.
