About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SoC Verification Engineer with deep expertise in DDR verification to join our world-class silicon design team. In this role, you will drive the verification of complex SoCs, ensuring robust functionality, performance, and reliability across memory subsystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver next-generation silicon solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own verification strategy and execution for DDR subsystems within large-scale SoCs.
• Develop test plans, verification environments, and coverage models for DDR protocols (DDR4/DDR5, LPDDR4/LPDDR5).
• Build and maintain UVM-based verification environments, leveraging constrained-random and directed testing.
