Job Description
Take charge as a Social Services Centre Supervisor in a women's shelter, with a salary range of $32.20 to $40.71 hourly in a full-time, on-site position.
This role focuses on supervising probation orders, conducting follow-up assessments, and managing a team of 11-15 individuals. You will be instrumental in conflict resolution and developing service intervention logic models. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor terms of probation orders
• Conduct follow-ups for compliance and reporting
• Resolve conflicts while maintaining a safe environment
• Create and implement outcome measures effectively
Requirements:
• UMAB and NVCI training certificates necessary
• Cultural Awareness training and CPR certification important
• Criminal record check is mandatory
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle needed
