- Conduct Network Assessments and Capacity Planning: Perform detailed network assessments and capacity planning to support the scalability and reliability of unified communications solutions.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues: Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to voice and video communication to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with Vendors and Third-Party Providers: Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and integrate new technologies and solutions.
