Our client is a Japan-based IT consulting firm specialising in system infrastructure and database security. They are currently seeking a Software Developer to support and lead project activities across different phases of the system development lifecycle.

• Gather, analyze, and formalize user business requirements and processes; evaluate feasibility of implementation and manage project scope.
• Prepare project documentation, including requirement specifications, to ensure alignment with customer requirements and compliance with quality management standards and procedures, minimizing rework.
• Adhere to defined project scope, maintain the requirement traceability matrix, and document any out-of-scope requirements.
• Develop technical design specifications and participate in design review sessions.
