Software Development Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers working on AI/ML and MERN Stack projects.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered web/mobile applications.
• Work on AI/ML model integration, APIs, automation, and intelligent solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Business teams.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best development practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Communicate with clients regarding project updates and technical discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with OpenAI, LLMs, Chatbots, Generative AI, or AI integrations
