Job Description
This role involves working as part of a cross‑functional team to help and lead the development of new features. You will showcase code review, debugging and refactoring skills, constantly improving the codebase. Your contributions will include application improvement and optimization through code audits, refactoring, caching, and architecture changes. You will write DRY code using best practices, help define requirements for new features, and assist with sprint planning. Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will shape, estimate, and plan new requirements, and participate in regular showcases of new work to product owners and stakeholders. You will strive for continuous improvement, mentor junior members, build and optimize performance, work in an Agile, high‑paced environment, and take technical leadership on project work while closely working with the product team.
