Job Description
Responsibilities Provide software application support, troubleshooting and bug fixing related to the maintained Software Applications. Involve in implementation of application enhancements as and when require. Communicate with end users, customer's IT team and support engineers from other application vendors to understand the production issues and advise them the solution. Resolve the incidents and recover services within contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. Work with other member(s) of the support team and Service Delivery Manager to rectify the production issues. Document and track incidents and provide regular progress updates. Coordinate regular system maintenance and upgrade activities such as monthly maintenance, patching, hotfix testing and deployments. Perform impact analysis and post-installation verification test on monthly OS patches/updates and Software patches deployments. Update project documentation in accordance to company QMS processes.
