Responsibilities

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) or Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) OUAF Framework, ORMB 2.9 or higher, in an implementation project.
• Experience with ASO (Administrative Services Only) or Fully Insured in functional areas such as Rating, Billing Payments & Collections, and General Ledger.
• Ability to understand business functionality well and reverse engineer existing applications for debugging.
• Completed 1–2 full‑cycle implementation projects in ORMB/CC&B or other OUAF products.
• Hands‑on experience with OUAF configuration tools and OUAF Java.
• Experience in complex 4 GL scripting (Service Scripts, BPA scripts, Plugin Scripts) and configuration tools.
• Capability to write complex database queries for data verification.
