Key Responsibilities

  • Sustain and continuously improve current machine software.
  • Develop and enhance software features based on customer requirements.
  • Provide on-site software issue support and troubleshooting.
  • Review and update user requirement documents and operation procedures.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and application teams to implement new hardware and software features.
  • Develop software utilities to improve equipment setup and ease of operation.
