Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends, and rotation shifts as and when required. Key Responsibilities: To provide day-to-day production support for the Client Connect users. Identify root cause, corrective, improvement action, and track improvement action until closure in compliance with the bank standards. Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders. Able to take ownership of issues and follow through to closure. Ability to provide continuous improvement initiatives and automating recurring tasks to reduce toil. Work effectively in collaboration with different teams either local or remote. To develop monitoring tools/alerts to for proactive actions To communicate effectively and work efficiently with a group of people supporting both functional/technical areas.
