Job Description

  • Take full ownership of existing systems, analyzing and resolving bugs or performance issues during the maintenance phase.
  • Bridge the gap between technical complexity and client understanding, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Independently manage and prioritize support tickets based on urgency and impact without constant supervision.
  • Dive deep into codebases to identify underlying issues and implement sustainable long-term fixes.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation to streamline team troubleshooting and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in NextJS and NestJS.
  • New Graduates or 1 year of experience in Software Development.
  • Professional communication with high empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-managed, able to multitask and deliver under pressure.
