The RolePrepare proposals and presentations using marketing resources, practice groups and other WTW producers.Design individual prospect sales strategies and develop unique prospect programsAlign with individual client sales strategiesConduct thorough needs analysis/risk assessment to uncover prospects/clients' unique coverage needsProvide consultative advice in key risk areasIdentify prospects for business from existing and prospective clientsDevelop new relationships with individuals responsible for insurance and risk management decisionsObtain referral leads from existing clientsAggressively identify and pursue cross-selling opportunitiesParticipate and take leadership roles in targeted community and professional associations.
