This role will act as an internal customer service representative, providing first-line support to end-users and ensuring smooth resolution of technical issues within the ERP system.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal end-users, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and manage incoming support requests through the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot basic software issues and provide clear, timely solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.
