Job Description
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Responsible for performing complex analysis, design, programming and unit testing of software applications. Develops technology roadmaps and ensures alignment with business needs, service-levels and availability requirement. Participates in incident, request, problem, configuration and change management according to ITIL standards and established service level agreements (SLA). Provides work leadership to professional staff while working as part of multiple project development teams, and through the design, documentation and promotion of solution development standards and governance processes to ensure information quality. Applies healthcare expertise, technical and analytic skills and extensive industry experience in championing a robust scalable secure solution infrastructure across the enterprise.
