Solutioning Lead- Retail and CPG

JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY This role requires a strategic and technically adept Solutions Lead to drive the design and delivery of solutions for RFPs and proposals, with a strong focus on the Retail & CPG industry and other non-financial services industries . The ideal candidate will combine deep domain knowledge with expertise in digital technologies, AI, and data-driven transformation to craft innovative, scalable, and client-centric solutions. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead the solutioning and technical response for BPM-related RFPs, RFIs, and proposals in the Retail & CPG industry and other non-financial services industries Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, and technology teams to design end-to-end solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
