About Job

• Lead the architecture and delivery of custom testing frameworks for diverse AI applications, including LLM, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and autonomous agents
• Act as the primary technical consultant for government agencies to identify mission‑critical needs and translate them into actionable solution roadmaps
• Directly manage project lifecycles, overseeing cross‑functional teams of engineers and scientists to ensure high‑quality delivery within secure environments
• Design tailored evaluation strategies (TEVV) for complex models, addressing specific risks such as hallucinations, performance drift, and edge‑case handling
