Role Overview

This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving technical direction across IBP transformation, with a focus on the o9 platform, data ecosystems, and AI-enabled forecasting workflows.

The IBP Technical Lead acts as a cross-functional technical advisor, working across delivery PODs to ensure scalable architecture, consistent design patterns, and high-quality execution. This role is less about individual development and more about elevating delivery across teams—reducing rework, improving platform adoption, and enabling a sustainable operating model.
