Position Overview

The Solutions Engineer (SE) in Singapore serves as the technical bridge between Sales Representatives and their pre‑sales customers. As a Trend Micro product expert, you guide customers and prospects in selecting and deploying Trend Micro Next‑Gen security solutions and work jointly with the Sales team to develop customer relationships, provide security‑architecture leadership, and influence customers’ technical strategies.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Understand and guide customers through the product journey to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Champion customer success throughout the onboarding and product experience.
  • Co‑create and train the sales organization as a compelling storyteller, enhancing sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze and understand the evolving cyber‑security partner ecosystem (SOC services, CSP, MSSP, etc.).
  • Scale channel partners through up‑skilling and training to engage customers.
