Your new role
As a Sourcing Lead, you will be responsible for end to end purchasing and sourcing activities as below.
-Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across commodities such as packaging materials (corrugated, foam, plastics, wood), mechanical components, and industrial consumables
-Drive supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management, building strong partnerships to ensure cost competitiveness and performance
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customized packaging and engineering-driven solutions for operational needs
-Identify and implement cost optimization and value engineering initiatives across materials and supply base
-Monitor supplier performance and market trends to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply
