Job Description
Responsible to ensure goods are purchased according to the specification given.
Source and liaise with suppliers on evaluation results and improvement plan.
Monitor and coordinate with all new and existing supplier performance from time to time.
Negotiate on cost, terms, and conditions of all purchases with supplier.
Liaise with suppliers for correction action request related to supplier quality and delivery problem.
To undertake any other related jobs directed by superior from time to time.
To keep track of supplier's performance.
To prepare, collate, and do analysis on purchase reports for submission to management.
Fully in-charge of purchasing daily operations.
To prepare PO according to the order requested.
To maintain accurate record of PO and up-keep of purchasing documentation.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Administration, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields.
