The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing candidates for SAP and other ERP technologies and be skilled in using multiple sourcing platforms. Key Responsibilities: Source IT candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms . Identify and source candidates for SAP roles and other ERP technologies . Use Boolean search techniques to find relevant profiles across various databases and professional networks. Conduct initial screening of candidate profiles to assess technical fit.
