We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Permanent Sous Chef to join the team at the Peninsula Club in Dromana. If you’re all about good food, good people and a bit of controlled chaos - we’d like to hear from you.
Join a busy and dynamic kitchen where no two days are the same. As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead daily operations, deliver consistently high-quality food, maintain safety and compliance standards, and create great experiences for our guests. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll play a key role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and a passion for great food are at the heart of what we do.
