Job Description
Responsibilites:
– Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including managing staff inventory, and financials.
– Take care of training Including organizing meetings and supervising spa staff to have knowledge about spas and spa policies.
– Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
– Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all spa services, ensuring consistency and quality.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and reports.
– Address any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
– Continuously research and stay up to date on industry trends, products, and services, and incorporate them into the spa’s offerings as appropriate.
