Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

+ Warmly greet all guests upon arrival with a genuine smile and welcoming, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.
+ Manage the spa's booking system with precision and accuracy.
+ Handle reservations for treatments, therapies, and spa packages via phone, email, and in-person.
+ Optimize therapist schedules to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
+ Manage cancellations and reschedule appointments courteously and efficiently.
+ Actively promote and upsell spa services and retail products based on guest needs and preferences.
+ Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards.
