1. Provide high quality of service standards to customers

2. Assist in spa activities

3. Able to respond to customers queries, needs and expectations

4. Patience and respect

5. Able to work 6 days per week, and on weekends and public holidays. Rest day will be a weekday.

6. Assist in cleaning and tidying spa premises

Requirements.

1. Others recognized massage certificates or holds ITEC / WSQ certification

2. Customers oriented

3. Team player

4. Good communication and listening skills
