Responsibilities
- Provide world‑class customer service by responding to queries via telephone, email and online chats.
- Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.
- Enter pertinent information into relevant databases.
- Complete tasks assigned during the shift.
- Build and manage customer relationships and cross‑sell products and services.
- Problem‑solve customer related queries and take full responsibility for resolving issues.
- Manage time effectively and adhere to shift schedules.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by managers or shift supervisors.
