Planning, Facilitation & Review of team member/Supplier to ensure implementation and take mid-course corrective action during:

-PPAP approval

-Pilot lot approval

-Problem mgmt

-Performance monitoring (3 Months)

-Handover to SQA

Planning of Product, Process & System Audit

-Validate & verify CAPA

(Analysis of Critical / Sporadic problems)

-Facilitation, Handholding & Monthly performance review

-QC tools

-APQP / PPAP

TPM
