Lead the administration and operational health of enterprise database platforms to ensure availability, performance, security, and recoverability. Establish standards, automate repeatable work, and serve as the escalation point for complex database issues.

Position Responsibilities:

• Own database availability and reliability; monitor health, capacity, and trends; lead incident response and problem management for database services.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex stored procedures.
• Design and maintain backup, restore, high-availability, and disaster recovery capabilities; perform and document recovery testing to meet RPO/RTO targets.
