Job Profile/Key Responsibilities 

  • Participate in Daily Production Activities

    • Perform core operational tasks alongside team members, ensuring personal output meets defined productivity and quality standards

  • Liaise with Onshore Partners

    • Serve as a key point of contact for onshore stakeholders; ensure timely and accurate exchange of information, updates, and feedback

  • Train and Mentor Team Members

    • Support onboarding and skill development of peers through structured training, knowledge sharing, and hands-on guidance

  • Communicate Team Updates

    • Share process changes, performance metrics, and other relevant updates with the team to maintain alignment and transparency

  • Coordinate SOP Updates with Knowledge Management Team

    • Collaborate with the Knowledge Management team to review, revise, and maintain accurate standard operating procedures (SOPs)
