Responsibilities

  • Architectural design – Prepare plans, drawings, sketches and models as required to support design and development proposals.

  • Lead concept design generation as per customer KYC

  • Take lead for ensuring all designs/drawings are as per BuildNext standards.

  • Should be able identify the right design solutions, which are adhering to BuildNext standards and are aesthetically pleasing.

  • Clarification of the details for the design with the end customers.

  • Coordinating sanction drawings and approval process.

  • Making site visits to check on progress and manage the team.
