Ensure the supply of indirect materials ,supplies and services in terms of quality, quantity, time and price, such as spare parts, machinery & equipment requested by the departments of the manufacturing area seeking always price optimization and delivery times.
Receive authorized requisitions andcreate purchase orders, based on authorized prices, for the purchase of
indirect materials requested by the manufacturing area, such as: spare parts supplies, machining works, maintenance services for machinery and equipment, installation projects, maintenance to plant and buildings.
- Make contributions based on the purchasing policy, when the procedure so requires, of the materials or services requested by users so that they can prepare a purchase requisition.
- Place purchase orders and follow up on their delivery and total receipt of goods or services in the general store.
