Job Description

Working with the Delivery Excellence group, the Solution and Service Delivery (SSD) change and comms team are
responsible for executing the SSD communications and change strategy across all Commercial IT domain areas.
The role shall require a strong focus on end-user recipients of commercial IT products and capabilities seeking to develop
change and training artefacts as well as coordinating facilitator-led comms and training engagement so IT products are
understood and seamlessly adopted by the ever-expanding stakeholder matrix.
The Delivery Excellence group are tasked with driving for consistency and simplification, promoting lean execution, and
have a continuous eye on improvement. The role of the change and comms analyst shall also be one that always seeks to
evolve our ways of working, looking for opportunities to support the development the SSD change and communications
strategy and deliverables.
