Sr. Control Tower Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Control Tower Capability Development : Participate in building the company’s unified Control Tower operational processes, monitoring nodes, exception rules, collaboration mechanisms, and management standards across the cross-border integrated logistics chain.
• End-to-End SOP & Monitoring Node Mapping : Map end-to-end operational SOPs for ocean freight, air freight, road transport, warehousing, and distribution — defining key nodes, responsibility allocation, monitoring metrics, exception criteria, and resolution paths.
• System Requirements & Dashboard Implementation : Translate operational processes, monitoring nodes, alert rules, and data definitions into system requirements; collaborate with the technology team to develop and optimize operational dashboards, exception monitoring, and KPI dashboards.
