Qualifications

  • Must be a CPA with related post‑graduate studies.
  • Degree in Accountancy.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting positions.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of national and local financial regulations.
  • Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • Ability to lead and influence subordinates to be enthusiastic about achieving objectives.
