As a Senior Data Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that Rituals’ product master data is complete, reliable, and fit for business-critical decisions. You support the development of creative new ideas, concepts, and products by securing high-quality product data in our Rituals Master Database (STEP) and by driving improvements across data processes, governance, and reporting.

Beyond maintaining data, you act as a senior data owner, problem-solver, and trusted business partner. You are a self-starter who takes ownership of complex topics, quickly identifies issues and dependencies, and drives solutions with limited guidance.
