Job Summary职位概述 1、Responsible for the concept, design, development, debugging, and optimization of manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated tooling and equipment for product assembly and inspection. 负责手动、半自动及全自动装配与检测工装/设备的方案设计、开发、调试和持续优化。 2、Support manufacturing operations, New Product Introduction (NPI), and internal/customer tooling requirements. 支持量产制造、新产品导入（NPI）以及内部与客户的工装需求。 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责 1、Design, develop, and debug manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated tooling and equipment. 负责手动、半自动及自动化工装与设备的设计、开发与调试。 2、Design tooling for new products in compliance with existing or newly established design standards. 为新产品设计装配工装，并符合既有或新建立的设计标准。 3、Ensure tooling designs are robust, cost-effective, and easy to maintain in a production environment. 确保工装设计具备可靠性、成本效益及量产环境下的可维护性。 4、Support Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams in troubleshooting tooling and equipment issues. 支持制造工程、设备维护及生产团队进行工装和设备问题的分析与排查。 5、Fully support NPI through automation produc...
