Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Test Development Engineer to take technical ownership of ATE test solutions for RF / PMIC semiconductor products from NPI through High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).

This role requires strong hands‑on capability together with the ability to drive test strategy, resolve complex manufacturing issues, and influence cross‑functional decisions .

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Test Development & Ownership
  • Own end‑to‑end ATE test development, including test hardware development, DFT, software development, and continuous optimization
  • Develop, debug, and maintain test programs on ATE platforms such as DMDX, ETS88 (LTX‑ac experience is a strong plus)
  • Define and optimize test coverage, test time to meet quality and cost targets
