Job Description
We are excited to share an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join Procom’s Talent & Culture (T&C) team. This newly created role will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of our North American compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.
As the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping Procom’s employee value proposition and ensuring our programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our strategic priorities. In this role, you will work closely with and lead two Total Rewards Specialists.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of Procom’s total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, and wellness.
- Define annual priorities, roadmaps, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
